1. Agreement
By using the App you agree to these Terms.
In-app disclosure: the App is an educational/recording yoga coaching tool and does not provide medical advice.
2. License
Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful educational practice and record-keeping, subject to App Store rules.
3. Not medical advice; practice safely
The App does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Consult a professional for pain, injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions. Practice within your limits.
4. Your content
You retain rights in practice records, flows, and conversation inputs. When AI is used, conversation text may be sent to DeepSeek as disclosed.
5. AI outputs
AI-suggested flows or guidance are for reference only; accuracy and safety are not warranted. You decide what to follow.
6. Fees
No paid plan is stated in App Legal; none is invented here.
7. Changes; liability
Features may change or stop. To the fullest extent permitted by law the App is provided “as is,” and liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
