This notice covers the YogaVoiceCoach app (display name “요가 보이스 코치”) as described in bundled Legal HTML. No operator legal entity is named in those sources, so none is invented here.

2. In-app disclosure (exact Korean source)
연습 기록과 플로우는 기기에 저장됩니다. AI 사용 시 대화 텍스트가 DeepSeek로 전송됩니다.
English rendering: practice records and flows are stored on the device; when AI is used, conversation text is sent to DeepSeek.
The support page states that data sharing can be managed in Settings → AI & Privacy. The bundled support@yogavoicecoach.local placeholder is not used on this site.

No assertion about audio raw capture upload, extra payloads, or encryption beyond that wording.
3.3 Permission purpose strings
Info.plist includes Camera, Microphone, Photo Library Add, and Speech Recognition usage descriptions. Purpose strings are not proof of invocation.

Published policy (Last Update: Feb 10, 2026): controller Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (China); personal data collected, processed, and stored in the PRC; contact privacy@deepseek.com. The policy also states that end-user processing in developer open-platform downstream apps may not be covered by that consumer policy and that the developer is the controller. Integration type for this App is unverified without source review.
5. What we do not claim
- No-tracking / no-collection guarantees; empty PrivacyInfo ≠ no collection
- IAP, ATT, accounts, ads, or unnamed third parties
- Invented retention periods or wipe/export UI beyond Settings → AI & Privacy
- Full GDPR/PIPA compliance certification

Per support disclosure: manage data sharing in Settings → AI & Privacy. OS Settings may also control permissions.
7. Changes
Update this notice when in-app Legal disclosures change.
